 Preparation of overall project schedule using Primavera Project Planner in accordance to committed contractual milestones.
 Direct and manage project execution by keeping regular coordination with all concerned departments like design, production, procurement, quality control to ensure the timely execution and completion of the project.
 Monitoring of progress reports of running projects for effective control of work progress.
 Generate the Analytical Reports which are related to Progress of work, Critical Issues, bottle necks & others on frequently basis for Management for their effective action.
 Control the changes in project management plan, scope statement and other deliverables through integrated change control process.
 Coordination & back up services for running projects.
 Ensure profitable execution of the project and exalting the profit target.
 To keep regular contact with finance department in order to control/manage inflows and outflows of the project.
 Own and complies with the Company’s policies like QHSE and others.
