Responsible for execution plans, conceptual estimates, lead and approve engineering and construction firm project estimates, support of project funding gate approvals, project schedules, establishment of work breakdown structure, project cash flow, cost control, labor productivity monitoring, earned value analysis, project reporting, inclusion of project controls requirements in contract documents, identification of project risks and mitigation, review and approval of vendor invoices, identification of errors and omissions, contracts closeout, and support of litigation and disputes. I was responsible for supervising and mentored assigned project controls staff. Significant accomplishments include the engineering and construction of a large $1B green-field biotechnology plant using architectural and large process modules.
