GRD Minproc personnel from Perth, Brisbane and Johannesburg have been involved in this project which has transitioned to the construction phase.

Key responsibilities:

     Auditing the contractors schedule according to construction overall schedule.
     Compiling sub-contractors data and prepare daily, weekly reports.
     Taking the physical progress and compare with the sub-contractors reports.
     Updating progress in P6 (Level IV).
     Preparing weekly key performance indicator report (KPI).
     Preparing and maintain a construction progress measurement system (PMS).
     Forecasting and address the conflict between construction contractors.
