A degree qualified Construction Management, Building Surveyor/Project Planner expertise, with extensive skills, which includes the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, excellent leadership and organizational skills, good team work, motivation, coaching, and mentoring skills, conflict management and problem solving skills, good knowledge of health and safety legislations and procedures, understand and use project management software - CAD, Primavera P6, MS Project, Ms Office, and Power Point, also project management tools - Brainstorming, Fishbone Diagrams, Critical Path Analysis Flow Diagrams and Gantt Charts, Appreciation of engineering BOM, LEAN manufacturing process, MoSCoW and EVA analysis in project.

I have over eight year’s experience working within the oil and gas/construction industry thus developing extensive skills and knowledge. In my previous role as, an assistant building surveyor, project coordinator and presently a project planner with Awcof Ltd, I have attained many achievements; which includes: Lead a cross company research team in developing innovative and sustainable methods, for handling projects in their life cycle. Empower change management to increase profitability, through making the company to be more proactive and efficient while embracing change management. Planned and develop product sustainability which generates over 10% increase in product quality and reliability; thereby increasing revenues.

Duties would include:

-Create and update project plans, tender and resource load for assigned work scope(s)

-Prepare work breakdown structures to enable the associated resource and cost budgets

-Liaison with other work pack planning staff in order to maintain the logic between deliverables in major projects

-Mange and support the schedule change control requirement within the project(s)

-Organise project reporting procedures and project control, liaison with clients & customers.

-Check systemprogram to ensure all materials and components are complete on site; confirm all jobs appropriate to production engineering/control to process further

-Plan and ensure reporting requirements are included in all Subcontracts and Purchase Orders

-Monitor work progress and expedite production labour to ensure

-Assessed risk to delivery of schedules, recommending risk reducing actions where required in order to gain better confidence of OTD.
