Job Responsibilities

·          Overall supervision and control over all the engineering staff of the Planning department of the group.

·          To guide and motivate Senior Staff at the level of Chief Engineers to fulfill the objectives of the group.

·          Periodical review and monitoring of all Infrastructure and Real Estate projects.

·          Development & implementation of SOP’s.

·          Overview of budget, vis-à-vis expenditure, excess/saving and submission of revised budget estimates.

·          Preparation of MASTER CONTROL NETWORK/SCHEDULES using MS-Project.

·          Planning and deployment of Resources (i.e. 3 M’s – Men, Materials & Machinery).

·          Inventory control and supervision over all Procurement.

·          Guiding the Execution team in resolving technical issues.

·          Process Owner for PROJECT SYSTEMS  in implementation of SAP

E  Project Overview:

1. Construction of a 5 STAR  Hotel Project - the 2^nd Phase of Radisson BLU RESORT & SPA ALIBAUG consisted of 70 Guest rooms, Conference Rooms, Pre function Rooms, Meeting Rooms, Business Centre, Kitchen Block, Toilet Block & Restaurant Block.
2. Construction of Residential complex for GRIHAPRAVESH at NOIDA, - 7 buildings of 18 stories consisting of 2, 3 & 4 BHK Luxurious Apartments, penthouses & bungalows. with premium specifications & amenities & Large landscaped garden, Children's play area with senior citizen sit outs etc.
3. Construction of Mega township project at Amravati for India bulls thermal power station as well as construction work at Nasik thermal power station.
4. Construction of project for DGMAP, Ministry of Defence, consisting of Dwelling units for at Kirkee, Pune.
5. Construction of Residential project GREEN SQUARE – 11 storeyed Building. At Baner, Pune.
6. Construction of Residential project OAKWOODS – 2 Nos 12 storeyed Buildings. At Baner, Pune.
