Programme

·      Setting up most appropriate WBS and other coding structure for the project. Assist / develop project schedule and ensure project contractual compliance from conceptual level to detail master program using PRIMAVERA (Ver 6), (Ver-3) and MS Projects. Implement / evaluate earned value mechanism by loading resource, quantity and cost to enhance EV, SPI and CPI reports

·      Develop / evaluate engineering, construction and procurement schedules (long lead items). Develop / evaluate EOT schedule and recovery / mitigation schedule.  Incorporate approved VO in program. Assist / develop and reviewing variations or claims that has programme impact. Track, monitor and evaluate schedule updates to raise critical path delay to management and develop recovery plan to achieve project milestones.

Reporting

·      Prepare executive presentation on project status for CEO / BOD. Provide Dash Board reports (critical issues, EV, SPI, CPI, KPI’s etc.) to the Client / higher management / Project Management team to oversight overall program status. Identify deviations / inconsistencies and recommend corrective action as required

·      Develop / prepare monthly progress report (EV, SPI, CPI), Financial report capturing progress invoicing and expenditure to reflect profitability. Develop / evaluate daily, weekly and monthly report of contractors / Consultants on plan verses actual.

Cost Management

·      Elaborate / modify / develop cost coding structure as per client cost coding structure. Develop / evaluate project cost report. Accurately track CAPEX (Capital expenditure), budgeted, contracted, forecasted and incurred costs for the project. Evaluate project performance against the approved budget. Maintain and manage project cash flow system. Perform cost / benefit analysis and evaluate alternate strategies before commitments are made.
