Work with Project Managers, IPT's & Engineering to perform detailed cost planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting.
• Create and update a finance/EVM tool. Generate funding and staffing profiles, sales outlook, current spending plan, and perform analyses to ensure contract compliance.
• Track, document, and implement all approved changes to the program baseline (Baseline Change Request/Authorization execution).
• Report variance analyses against program baseline including risk and opportunity, and recommendations for corrective action .Collaborate with other analysts (potentially in several different locations) to support monthly (or weekly) earned value management execution and any process improvements, Validate and analyze actual costs, prepare quarterly EACs and monthly Cost Performance Reports (CPRs) utilizing the corporate formats, government reporting requirements, and ensuring deliverables are accurate and timely.
