· Created the construction schedule of a multimillion dollar project by using Primavera software. (Primavera P6)

·Responsible for tracking the construction progress and making necessary warnings to prevent any delays which might affect the completion date of the project.

·Responsible for updating the schedule according to the construction progress and preparing weekly and monthly progress reports of the project for the management team. 

·Responsible for evaluating the status of the project by using “Earned Value Analysis Method” and report to the project management team.

·Responsible for evaluating the subcontractors’ performance.
