1. Study the drawings and finalization of working methods and development of Conceptual drawing schemes for the project main activities.
2. Preparation of Tender programs and Baseline programs in Primavera, time cycles and quantity calculations.

5. Co-ordination between the site planning team and Technical-director for On-going projects.

2) Construction of 2.4 Km Long Petronet LNG Jetty at Dhaej, Gugarat. (Approach Trestle with 24 m long span, Unloading Platform, Breasting and Mooring Dolphins) (Approx Project Value Rs.600 Crs)

3)  Construction of National Highway projects (BOT type)

   1) 64 Km long NH-1 Between Jammu to Udhampur road project,

       (Approx Project Value Rs.1550 Crs)

       (60 no of Major and Minor Bridges and Viaducts)

   2) 64 Km long NH-7 road project, at Indore,MP state.

3. Preparation of Revised programme for World Highest Arch Shape Bridge On River Chinab at Jammu & Kashmir state. (Approx Project Value Rs.600 Crs) 
4. Monitoring and analyzing the progress and delays of activities of Nad Al Sheba Race Course Development @ 4.6km Road including 3Bridges using RMD formwork, Dubai.(Approx Project Value AED 500 Million) 
5. Preparation of revised programme for 3 Level Grade separator and Erection methodology and scheme for Foot Over Bridge (FOB) at Ghazipur Intersection, Delhi

7. Standardization and Productivity analysis for activities of all projects of AFCONS using manpower and machinery.

Projects Handled

Two DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation) projects for AFCONS INFRASTRUCTURE LTD.    

1. Construction of Elevated Viaduct of Length 5.22Km and Four elevated Station buildings on Vishwa Vidyalaya –Jahangirpuri Corridorfor Phase II of Delhi MRTS. From 2006 Nov to Oct 2008
2. Airport Metro Express line for Design and Construction of Cut and Cover tunnel including switchover ramps and One underground station building sinceFrom 27^th Sept 07 to 25^th April 2009. 
3. Scope of the Work: 

a) Elevated Viaduct:-

Total project cost is Rs.123.47 Crs, The work content in this Item rate contract consist of: 1) Pile foundation 2) Pile Cap 3) Pier, Pier cap including shear key, Elastomeric bearings and shear key devices 4) precast single cell box girder in super structure by post-tensioning segmental construction using launching girders.5) four number of station buildings having Raft foundation and Footing foundation for viaduct portion

6) Ramp with retaining walls structure. 

b) Airport Metro Express Line:-

Total project cost is Rs. 233 Crs., The work content in this Design & Built Contact consist of 1)Top to Bottom tunnel Excavation2) Construction of Side, Middle and Top walls 3) Piling foundation for Under Ground Station4) Construction of Concourse level and Platform level slab. 

Job Profile                    :          

1. Activity wise planning and scheduling for the project using Primavera.
2. Activity wise monitoring and preparation of Impact schedule programme using Primavera.
3. Writing method Statements for Major activities at site.
4. Attending meetings with Client and co-ordinate the information to other departments.
5. Progress monitoring and reporting to H.O with MIS formats.
6. Finding out actual cycle time for major activities in the project.
7. Preparation of Catch-up plan, when necessary.
8. Working on ISO implementation in planning Dept.
9. Estimation of materials for ahead of three months.
10. Conducting weekly progress review meeting, review the progress, setting targets, finding actual problems and making corrective actions.
11. Working on ERP-Planning, execution, job costing modules:  activities, sub-activities, compositions, pre-start budget etc.
12. Taking photographs of all activities at site for Monthly progress Report for Client.
