Different Type of Construction Work (Go-Kart, Paddock, Moto- Cross, Tennis Court, Polo Field, Skeet & Trap Field and Sporting Clay Field & Foot Ball Stadium).
Responsibility: (1) Coordinate with Architects, Structural, Services Engineers and any other design Consultants. And Supervised all works on site.
(2) Preparing Construction Program for the project with proper logic and flow of the work in order to meet significant milestones ,Monitoring Site Progress for the effective follow up of the base line program, Maintain and Monitor Shop drawings, Materials and all enquires status to avoid any type of delay on the site because of these. Making Daily and Weekly schedules for technicians. Taking daily update for the scheduled work. Maintained list of all Drawings with updated status and Preparing Monthly Progress Report. (Prepare construction program using primavera project planner).
