Answering directly to the Onshore Operations Manager, responsible for development of all operations schedules including planned maintenance and emergent work (breakdown and corrective) on the Greater Plutonio FPSO. Using Primavera and Maximo systems to drive work through from initial work request to execution. Also worked with production manager and his team to developed campaign schedules, grouping tasks according to system availability and redundancy. This often developed into “earned” shutdowns where production was maximised for a period to attain targets allowing part or full shutdowns to be carried out at little or no production cost. Worked directly with the Offshore Operations Engineer and offshore planner to develop planning process and procedures for this young Angolan asset. Actively trained local planners to provide cover and future replacements for ex-pat staff.
