Duties & Responsibilities:

-            Delivery team representative in Development Review Committee (DRC) and oversight in mixed used development.

-            Managing and leading the project team. Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work

-            Detailed project planning and control including: developing and maintaining a detailed project plan and managing project deliverables in line with the project plan

-            Resolving cross-functional issues at project level. Proactively manage foreseen project risk, mitigating as necessary

-            Managing project scope & change management and escalating issues where necessary

-            Liaises with, and updates progress to, project board/senior management

-            Managing project evaluation and dissemination activities

-            Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs

-            Maintain strict adherence to all required statutory and regulatory conditions.

-            Responsible custodian of PPM knowledge and practice by providing a single, integrated repository and point of contact for all issues relating to the application of project management processes, tools and techniques

Achievement:

Program management of the 102 acres mixed used development at Two Rivers Development Project. The projects included:

-            Enabling and Civil works; 200,000m3 Bulk Earthworks, 2.5km dual carriage roads, Underground service and landscaping - Ksh 3.4B

-            Two Rivers Mall and Office Tower; approx. 60,000m2 Retail GLA and 20,000m2 Office GLA– Ksh 12.4B

-            Riverfront & Outdoor Entertainment Project – Ksh 1B

-            66KV Permanent Power & Energy Generation Centre; Output capacity of 42Mva – Ksh 1.05B

-            Water & Waste Water Treatment Plant; 2,000,000 litre of daily demand – Ksh 300M

-            1.28 MV Solar Power Plant – Ksh 280M
