Planning Engineer / Quantity Surveyor

Project: Subcontractor for Yas Island Road (AED 60 Million), Seba, Etihad Towers & other projects.

• Prepare in some tender documents and programme.
• Reviews and reports weekly actual progress at the plant (production) and on site.
• Manages program reviews and checks the monthly billing of the project based on the actual work at site.
• Participate in contractual correspondences related to time / cost.
• Checks and reports the delays/slippage of the project to the management.
• Creates easy reporting table with calculation for all the activities at site; will be used by the project team in acquiring the actual progress percentage.
• Reports the actual progress against baseline and working program to manufacture and deliver the materials according to the high quality planning and project control activities.
• Provide monitoring tools to track working program against baseline program (Primavera version 6 software and other tools).
• Coordinate and update with all involved parties regarding the billing and progress of work /program.
• Participate in all necessary meetings for the project internally and externally.
