Rolls-Royce Nuclear – Project Manager Estimating

·             leading the improvement across the business in estimating including the development and standardisation of tools and techniques.

·            interpreting complex product and system technical specification and drawings to produce estimates for current & future primary and secondary power plant products and systems.

·            supporting small module reactor cost concept design optioneering studies.

·             developing and maintain a database of historical cost data from SAP.

·             producing standardised cost models which meet both business and best practice requirements.

·             undertaking risk and uncertainty analysis

·             developing parametrics cost models using both CER and multi-variated cost drivers

·             actively supporting development of others by showing a level of flexibility to support and/ or lead other team members and deal with emergent issues through the appropriate prioritisation of activities including a willingness to go that extra mile to deliver.
