During my 8 months internship in Tupperware, a market leader and trendsetter in the fields of household articles, toys and related products in plastic, I was able to set up an European production planning strandardization for T.E.A.M (Tupperware Europe Africa Middle East)

As a Business Architect Analyst Supply Chain, I had to examine and analyze the way of working in all European plants (The 4 local supply chain organizations in Belgium, France, Portugal and Greece) by analyzing the defined tasks, reports and processes.
Then, I had to identify optimization opportunities that align with the TEAM strategy in order to share best practices over the plants by proposing AND implementing planning models and tools over the European plants.
