Site Agent

Identify and obtain relevant information to plan the works in accordance with design, drawings, specifications and Employer’s Requirements.

Liaise with statutory authorities and coordinate diversions

Manage the procurement of materials and subcontractors

Determine the methods of working and manage the production of Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Operations Plans and Inspection & Test Plans.

Schedule the works and ensure the compilation of short term and long term resourced programmes and monitor progress

Determine resource requirements for the planned activities

Identify and manage the requirements, design and installation of  temporary works

Monitor productivity and manage / supervise staff, operatives, subcontractors and associated plant
