Programme Management Office (PMO) Contract senior project controller for the World Class Asset Management (WCAM) programme at United Utilities in Warrington. Responsibilities including the development of an integrated programme schedule to enable the successful delivery of nine work streams to the key dates set by OFWAT as part of the price review for 2009. Utilising Prince2 planning methodologies to manage risk and change control processes within the PMO, assessing impact on schedule and reporting back to project managers. To succeed in this role I have supervised a small team of planners and office analysts.
