Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

- Are you interested in working as the Senior Planner in a rapidly expanding office of one of the worlds largest construction companies?

Our client operates across South America, Europe, Africa and the Far East and has recently expanded their presence in North America to include a Canadian head office based in Vancouver, British Columbia. The company is targeting PPP and EPC projects ranging from $250m to in excess of $1,500m. The company has a reputation for developing major projects, many of which are notable on a global scale, and this position would afford the successful applicant the chance to fulfill a key strategic role in the development and execution of such projects.

Role and Responsibilities

- Development of complete, resource-loaded programmes.

- Lead and work closely with a team of high-performers.

- Development of construction method statements and schedule narratives.

Profile

- 10+ years experience scheduling/planning with a major Contractor.

- Project experience will ideally include large institutional and infrastructure proejcts.

- Fluency in English is mandatory.

- North American construction experience preferable but not essential.

- Graduate level education, ideally in engineering.

- Proactive and innovative thinker.

- Deadline oriented with ability to multi-task.

This is a senior role and as such will command an excellent compensation and package.
