Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

1) I am trying to print a schedule file but I keep getting an error. A dilaog box opens up which reads
"d80a01.wmf file not found"

Could anyone please explain what needs to be done?

2) The weather calendar has three winter months blocked out. In the print preview, these months are highlighted (or masked). Is there a way NOT to highlight these in the print-out?

The person who sent you the schedule forgot to include the footer logo file to go along with it. You can safely ignore the warning message, as the logo file is only needed when you print the schedule.

If you wish to make the message stop appearing when you open the schedule, open the schedule and then select “File / Page Setup / Footer.” Click on the drop-down selection box currently labeled “logo” and replace that selection with “(none).” Click on the Okay buttons and your warning message will cease displaying on open.

To print out a schedule without highlight-shading, try printing the Global Calendar. You may be missing the point. The shaded days are holidays and they help determine the day numbers. Good luck!
