Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Lose work when saving after using suretrak wizard!

Hi,
I’ve never had formal training using suretrak, and occasionally (2 of 3 times) the program loses all the work I’ve done using the kickstart wizard when I try to save. It comes up with an error message: (filename).MPX not found. I am saving directly to the C: drive.

Hi,

My advice is for you to get the training and get rid of the Kickstart Wizard. This way, SureTrak will be easier to use.

.MPX? It is Project 98 or Project 4.0 file extension.
