Hi friends,
One of my friends gave me a Baseline programme of a running project with the following problems
1. Base line is in duration percentage and he updated with physical percentage
2. constraint dates are over but activity not started and still constraints not removed
3.must finsh date given to project finish but after schedule it showing defferent date
4.baseline assigned after one month of progress update.
How can we manage these problems.
