Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

URGENT - Text Boxes Dissappeared - MS Project 2007

Hi,

I've created a project with text boxes containing comments / notes (MSP2007) and they've all dissappeared. Has anybody ever had the same issue? Any idea to retrieve them?

Hi Alex,

Thanks for your answer, unfortunately I'm afraid it's a dramatic situation and they've all completely vanished. I had to type them all again as I didn't have a back-up file (for once :( ...) but no big deal there were not that many.

I've tried with notes but when I show them next to the Gantt bars, only the first few caracters are shown, not the full text, is there a way to show the full text typed in the "notes" section?
