Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi all

I use MSP 2007 and my clients wants the programme in 2003 format. So i saved the programme in 2003 format and send it to my client. When my client open the file, he cant find any bars and links in the programme. FYI, i created 2 programmes one with baseline and another programme without baseline. My client can open one without baseline without any problem, but one with baseline, he cant see any bars and links.

Any solution to this will be very much appreciated.

Hi Chris,

2k7 is full of helpful little bugs like this :o(

Make sure you and your customer have got the latest Service Packs and patches installed (for 2k3 & 2k7).

I think SP3 for 2k3 is able to read 2k7 files, so that might be an alternative route for you to go down.

Regards,

Darren
