Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello,

I want to document 3 parallel projects with their own tasks.
And subdivide the 3 groups of tasks, then put a 1-line heading on-top of each group of tasks. So this will just be a text label and shouldn’t have a corresponding GANNT chart entry.

Is this possible?

Thanks,

Bob.

Good idea, I hadn’t thought of that.
You could mark or flag the lines that you don’t want a Gantt bar for and MSP will do it automatically for those "Tasks".

You could right click on the bar you do not wish to see & format it to have a blank shape. It will not then be visible.
