I manage a team of 50 staff providing the planning and project support for the 2000 employees and projects at the edinburgh site. The team is arranged as four project offices, each with a Projec Office Manager, and one central support team. The four POMships deliver the planning service to each of the sites business areas while the central team supports this activity and pioneers system and process improvements. In my role, I provide leadership, direction and support to each of the teams and take an active part in the running of the central team and its goal to enhance and improve our systems and process. I also sit on the Project Management Control Board which oversees policy and tools for the UK wide business.
