Directly reporting to Area Construction Manager. Perform tasks related to the collection and evaluation of data required to monitor construction schedules. Apply the principle and techniques of resource monitoring to specific tasks. Primary responsibilities are as follows:

•     Develops, drafts and computerizes construction network schedule for assigned area of work coordinating with on-plot/off-plot area schedulers.
•     Performs schedule monitoring and updating of construction network schedule and 3-month look-ahead schedules.
•     Monitors schedule deviations and propose corrective action/work around solutions.
•     Calculates/prepares various comparison reports, charts and tables for project analysis.
•     Performs additional assignment per supervisor’s direction.

Project: Construction of a nominal 800,000 MTA ethylene plant recovery unit (excluding the furnaces) with C3 splitter, C4 and Gasoline Hydrotreaters, MTBE, 140 MW(nominal at 85oF) Tar Gasification/Cogen, Offsites and Utilities to support the complex and interconnections under separate contracts. The ethylene recovery unit is designed for a very heavy naphtha and gas oil feedstock.
