Underwater Operations Group
•Developing and maintaining the integrated Schedule for UOG Subsea activities.
•Development of the detailed level 4 schedules, including obtaining interface information (key dates, vessels availability, programme durations etc) from other groups.
•Overseeing the progress monitoring and reporting function and supplying weekly progress reports, monthly reports, weekly dashboards, etc.
•Providing input and attendance at the Underwater Operations risk sessions.
•Providing input to the Level 2 schedule produced by AzSPU Operations.
•Developing ‘S’ curves and manpower histograms.
•Responsible for liaising with other AzSPU groups to ensure interfaces are managed and the latest information is incorporated into the overall schedules (Operations, Shah-Deniz etc).
•Developing miscellaneous plans and schedules as required (e.g. scenarios)
•Maintain reporting systems and provide full input to AzSPU Performance Management Team.
•Monitor Contractors reporting and investigate any anomalies.
•Provide input to project risk reviews and the schedule risk analysis
•Responsible for presentation materials to management
