February, 2008 • Develop all schedule related coding structures including activities and sort fields.
• Gather progress updates from across the full project team and update the master schedule including implications of approved changes, challenging any discrepancies.
• Supervise preparation and regular updating of project tracker with technical administrator.
• Provide all required schedule information (milestones, interfaces, and durations) for all contracts to ensure proper evaluation of quotations, comparison to target schedule and progress reporting.
• Good IT skills and able to pick up new systems readily and utilise them in highly effective ways.
