The role that I CURRENTLY DO is
Senior Planner
My strengths are
Having worked on site as an apprentice time served carpenter and working my way up to production manager for the London region of Taylor Woodrow, my site knowledge is very high, I have been site based for over 30 years and find myself very comfortable in that environment.
My weaknesses are
My weakness is the ability to write in the correct manner, I can express what has or requires to be done and when, but after I have read and cheanged it to what I belive is the best I can achieves, help from others always improves it.
I do struggle with spelling and can't help thinking the teo are related.
What skills come to me naturally
My ability to understand / comprehend at design stage how the project will be constructed and the issues to overcome. Best practices to use and risks to avoid. Most economical in both duration and cost.
What do I struggle with
There will once again be a skill shortage with in the industry, which will have the affect of slowing down the programme / duration. On instructing sub contractors they most show they have and will keep a level of labourer resources.

Citgo Kerosene Sample Schedule

This schedule is based on 4 projects going through the shop in successive order. Planning includes the JIT delivery of the next batch of materials in order to continue daily progression and maintain safe, unrestricted walk areas and floor space.

Pipe fitting and Welding are based on the Page of Nation man hours per size of weld, pipe schedule: WT(wall thickness)and material properties. Many other factors come into play depending on the type of material.
