This is a condition where there exists no free time between activities in the [[schedule]]. A [[schedule]] [[activity]] which has [[Zero Float]] is a [[Critical Activity]].
If this [[activity]], or a driving or driven activity is delayed then the [[Project Completion]] will also [[slip]], or [[delay]] by the same [[duration]].
