General planning comments and questions.

i m facing a problem in P6.
I prepared a schedule in P6 loaded with resources i.e Cost and est wt. but when i m updating this schedule it is showing actual value for next month also .
for example when i m updating till Apr-11 it is showing actual value for May also .
Please help me !

I built this little schedule, there are only 6 activities, no constraints, everything is pretty much FS, but for some reason the activities are showing up as critical path! When I click on 'schedule' there is an option tab, I have gone in there and changed the Define critical activities and everything is still coming up as critical path!!??!!??!!
Any in-sight would be great!!! Plz & thx :)

When i update the progress, the activities whose %age is between 0%-100% (Like, 50% complete, 70% Complete etc), the bar against such activities in no more remains continuous but it split into 2 parts, 1st part for completed % age and 2nd part for remaining (or critical) % age and there is a gape between these two bars.. I do not know how to overcome this problem. Because the gap between bar seems like there is no work on this activity for some period of time but this is not the actual case.

Take care of Summary bar in the case of calculating the performance percentages!!
Based on cost sure , to compute the performance percentages which appear in the column name (performance percentages) in P6 , the summary bar only summaries the activities which have an assign cost.

Can we give the relation for different resources for any activity as we do in activity.
for example if we assign two different resources 1. Engineer and 2nd Draftmen. can we give the relation so that Draftmen will start work after Engineer work finish.Please guide me
