Our team (Department of Construction Management Budapest, Hungary) decided to make a little investigation among softwares that can handle maximal precedence relations. We would like to compare there calculation methods etc,. all in all to perform a comprehensive test of those software that can handle maximal relationships.
(minimal relations from an activity A to B can be the following SSz, FFz, SFz, FSz, where z stands for the minimum time gap betwen the start/finish points of A and B.

I would like ask you if in Primavera P6 is any possiblity to create for each activity unique code/identificator. Usual is to use Activity ID, but I need code that will not appear anymore, e. g. after deleting activity. Thanks for your help

Does anyone know a way of changing a WBS in an exisitng p6 programme to another WBS without having to manually assign each task?
I have a consortium programme that is utilising the WBS function in P6 and I have been asked to export this and assign a different WBS at month end for cost forecasting purposes.
Therefore I need a remedy that isn't labour intensive.
My initial thoughts lead towards something clever in excel.

Im making a revised schedule and this is one of my problem. I want to change the Original duration without changing automatically the Activity % complete. these activities already started and there are already progress on it.
