Project Controls Manager:

• Preparation of Master Construction Schedule that covers the scope of work, identifying the major activities within the various construction disciplines in order to allow subsequent development of more detailed schedules

• Preparation of Detailed Construction Schedule and WBS, using a detailed network logic diagram with activities duration and resources allocation, derived from the Master Construction Schedule.

• Monitoring the project schedule, actual vs. planned progress , weekly & monthly progress reports

• Preparing and Following-up the update of the Progress Monitoring System on a daily, weekly & Monthly basis.

• Developing the baseline budget, cost analysis, earned value and estimate of actual cost at completion of the projects

• Preparing the Periodic Cost Control (Executive) Report in coordination with the Finance Department.

• Preparing & submitting the Monthly interim payment certificate to client.

• Reviewing the project scope of work, and identifying any applicable cost deviations or variation orders

• Preparing the sub-contractors periodic valuation (SPV) for management review and payment application
