• Worked as Project Controls Manager on Oman LNG De-bottlenecking Project

This project is a detailed designing Project to support Oman LNG’s shut down planned for Train 3, Train 2 and Train 1 in April 2021, Sept 2021 and April 2022 respectively.

<Develops and implements the Project Control Plan (functional standards, policies, processes, procedures, tools and systems) that is fit for purpose based on the project requirements to actively plan, measure, control and report on projects, in alignment with the Major Capital Project’s framework and strategies and relevant AACE Recommended Practices.

Project Controls Manager:

Project Control Manager assigned to Parramatta Light Rail (Stage 1) Project, responsible for project planning and scheduling, risk management and document control. Nominated Senior Programmer for SOM (Supply, Operate and Maintain) Contract. Main responsibilities are:

• Responsible for the schedule, cost, risk, delay claims and information management of nine projects forming the Midfield Terminal Complex comprising a 742,000 sq.m terminal building, airside components, primary and secondary roads, landside support facilities, car park building and interior fitout of operational rooms as well Baggage Handling System, Airport Operational Systems and Operational Readiness and Transfer integration

Detailed design of well site construction works involving single and multi-well pads, flow-lines and meter stations (Tranches 8 and 9). FEED for Improved Oil Recovery Korolev Large Scale Pilot project. Providing project controls input to tenders and presentations to Clients. Preparation of project CTRs. Preparation and implementation of procedures for an integrated project controls system. Responsible for the development, management and control of the project schedule; monitor and control the budget, costs, manhours, forecast, progress, earned value and performance factor analysis.

Responsibilities include leading Project Controls team responsible for monitoring and performing surveillance of project controls for planning, scheduling, progress performance, change order management, budgeting and cost controls. Manages documentation and deliverables from EPCC Contractors,  database including EDMS.
