Recruited as PPP (Prinicpal Project Planner) for Anglia, the largest route in NR. Recruited and told would have a Team of 6 - 7 people but this grew to 13 people as both signalling and Crossrail were dropped into Anglia.

Worked to support and help the Planning Team develop and operate as Planner and not data entry, and this brought various savings and improvements, but there was a major change happening with Anglia moving from Southern to Eastern, and there was too much politics going on including wanting to reduce the planning team from 13 to 6 or 7 planners.

Leading a team of Planning Engineers, coordinating contractors programmes and liaising with Client

Vattenfall Dan Tysk Offshore Windfarm – Integrated P6 planning, progress measurement and schedule analysis for a twenty HV/FO inter array cable replacement project comprising of survey operations, cable recovery, cable lay, cable jointing, termination & testing, rockdumping, CPS installations, cable trenching & burial operations and CTV operations. Also, planning services for SSEN Skye to Harris 33kV interconnector cable replacement project and SSEN ED1 cable replacements for Mull-Coll, Orkney-Hoy and Carradale-Arran Scottish islands interconnectors.

• Managing and leading the team of planners.
• Preparing level 1,2,3,4 & 5 programs along with Schedule basis memorandum, progress measurement procedure, organization chart and logistical plans.
• Reviewing the baseline Program, S-curves, Manpower Histogram, Cash Flows, etc.

• Responsible to create projects and programme schedules across multiple construction work streams.
• Continuously monitor programmes to ensure they are updated to accurately reflect progress and revised works.
• Deliver lookahead project and programmes plans to team to address key interfaces and outturn projections.
• Analyse and proffered recommendation to project teams on programme risk and mitigation efforts.
• Manage key projects and programmes interfaces at project and task levels.

Control in time and cost the portfolio of projects in South America for the company. Develop project programming controls and schedule and resource reports, including product curves, and schedule S progress curves.
