The PP Wiki is an online collaborative knowledge-base that can be contributed to or utilized by anyone with skills and / or interest in project planning, scheduling and project controls.
- It can be used as an information reference and / or as a tool for documenting our collective skills.
- No article in the PP Wiki undergoes a formal peer-review process and changes to articles are made available immediately.
- No article is owned by its creator or any other editor, or is vetted by any recognized authority.
- Except for a few administrator-managed pages, every page may be edited (or created) by a logged in PP member.
- Consequently, PP Wiki "makes no guarantee of validity" of its content, but relies upon the teamwork of the worlds professionals to coordinate and document technical knowledge.
- Anyone is welcome to add information or build cross-reference links, as long as they do so within reasonable editing policies and to an appropriate standard. Substandard, copyright defiant or disputed information is subject to removal.
- When you create a new page, you can choose where it should live within the 'book hierarchy' or allow it to default to the 'miscellaneous' folder and someone will find it a home for you.
- Users need not worry about accidentally damaging the PP Wiki when adding or improving information, as other editors are always around to correct obvious errors, and the PP Wiki software is carefully designed to allow easy reversal of editorial mistakes.
We have a group of volunteer administrators who give their spare time in the pursuit of keeping the PP Wiki running and organised. Do let us know if you wish to become an administrator. Keep on Planning...
