This type of person is in high demand. He worked for me several months, but I couldn’t offer him benefits to hold him. When he returned the laptop on his leaving for another company, the dozens of well planned projects and schedules on the computer amazed me; apparently hundreds of hours of work during the evenings and nights. What a terrible loss for me, sometimes you don’t know you had until it’s gone.

Jimmy Cureton, the owner of Custom Metal Fabricators is lucky to have someone of this caliper working for him. We send more work to their shop due to Tony’s management, planning and scheduling skills. I’m thinking of asking Jimmy to Subcontract some of Tony’s talents so these major renovations and process modifications we about to undertake so we can benefit from Tony’s industrial planning and scheduling expertise.

Tony has created numerous schedules for several screenplays. This also includes screen set-ups and design. He has been an inspiration to many including a Documentary film maker with his Planning and Scheduling skills. I hope he will continue to contribute to the film industry.

Tony submits schedules to me on a regular basis. He is consistently aware of their shop load and gives accurate delivery dates. His schedules show accurate knowledge of work breakdown structures. I am aware of his 18 years industrial experience.

While in southwest Louisiana and building the Casinos, I met Tony. He taught me many management skills he gained from his more than 20 years of experience at that time. His many methods and techniques were always fascinating. Our In-depth discussions of planning and scheduling skills and theory enlightened me to the definitive methods of project controls and gave me a whole new insight and fully enlightened vision of the all-encompassing picture.

John Banks is highly valued in my team and more generally in the company.  Since his arrival, he has made a real difference by rebuilding the planning function, installing new processes for the most urgent priorities, and has been instrumental in creating a strong bridge between the company stratgy and the integrated planning.  The company is going through important step changes, and John is a strong contributor to it.  We are very glad to have him in the Company.
