The Applicant has a very good knowledge in planning and delay analysis.  Although, I have not worked with him in other areas of Project Controls I believe he is also very good based on my conversation and assessment to him.  He is also very productive meeting his assigned tasks on time and most of the times ahead of time.  He is a good team player and always contributes and shares his skills and ideas during team progress meetings.  I believe he is very qualified to be part and a member of the GPC.

Mr Haitham demonstrated very strong analytical and critical thinking skills.  He quickly grasps complex program logic and is able to evaluate the impact of introduced changes.  I found him personable and cooperative to work with and an effective listener who took on counter points and effectively analysed and debated alternative points ofview.  He works well under pressure and did not once miss a promised deadline.  I would have no hesitation in working with him again.
