Most memorable project: First Federal Bank, Hwy 14, Lake Charles, LA (25% profit project) under my supervision / management. 31 consecutive completed projects in 10 years consisting of hospitals, banks, and schools. 5 years of this work were behavioral hospitals located out of town.
Handled all management and administrative project tasks during this period, and included: submittal reviews and approvals, schedule updates, cost analyses, obtaining building permits, employee applications, and subcontractor insurance paperwork, close checks on progress of: plumbers, iron workers, electricians, HVAC, painters, stucco, carpenters, site work, flooring crews, millwork subs and installers and tactfully communicate with the Architect, Engineers and Owners.
