Planner

Planner - Kensington & Chelsea

A planner is required to join a leading global main contractor on a multi-site project which includes both a leisure centre and academy, based in Kensington and Chelsea. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a renowned main contractor who work on a national and international scale.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Some of your duties will include (not limited to):

• Working as part of the production team whilst also assessing the progress and project status liaising with the senior management
• Ensuring the company procedures and planning standards are being implemented
• Liaise with the wider planning community and technical department
• Ensuring compliance with all QSE requirements
• Planning preparation covering; design, procurement, enabling, construction, commissioning and hand over etc
• Analyse project risks and propose mitigating actions
• Line management of junior planners

Planner Skills and Experience Required

• You will have significant experience in relevant construction sectors (leisure/academies)
• You will have the ability to manage multiple projects running parallel
• You will have knowledge of all aspects of development; design, procurement, construction and commissioning
• You will have the ability to use planning software - ASTA Power Project
