My role is to define the MS Project plan template and introduce programme wide planning standards.  Create Project plans and to merge them into an integrated programme plan including linking the inbound and outbound dependences together.



Maintain and monitor the project and programme plans



Monitoring the resource usage across the programme



Constantly checking the quality and accuracy of the project plans

Project Planning and Controls, Commercial Management, Pricing and Estimating, Project Management

PMO - Project Controller/Scheduler - Responsible for the management and development of the program Integrated Master Schedule, Resource Loading, Monitoring & Control & Forecasting.
