The LAND 121 project is a project to produce 3 prototypes of the Light Protected Patrol Vehicles (LPPV), for the Commonwealth of Australia and UK MoD. My role was to create and maintain the MS Project plan, to closely monitor the progress of the vehicle through the construction, delivery and in country testing. I tracked progress against plan, including monitoring delivery against the baseline and challenging any variances. I constantly checked the quality and accuracy of the project plans. I provided timely and accurate reports on project progress. I
