Executive Unit of the Construction Industry Development Project [CiDP], a development project of the World Bank in the National Company for Construction and Development [NCCD], loan 2640 EGT. My mission was to support training programs for improving the managerial skills for both Middle Management and Site Engineers. This support included:
-Preparing and revising the training materials submitted by the training organizations; Continuous Education Center – Ain-Shams University, and the Construction Management Institute (CMI) – Arab Contractors Co.
Develop and update executive construction plans, resource planning and control, and assisting in developing a construction planning and control computer module named “Al Mekawel Al-Asry”.
•Supervising the implementation of planning techniques to plan, monitor, and control various construction projects like Al Gabal Al Asfar Sewage Network.
•Designing and implementation of a database system to plan, monitor, and control work progress, resources, cash flow, and cost control.
•Supervising the implementation of planning techniques to plan, monitor, and control various construction projects such as a resort in Ras Sedr, residential buildings in Cairo, and a medical factory in Qwaisna.
•Developing of construction method, construction schedules, the project team organization charts, procurement schedules, the labor manning schedules, and the list of equipment required for the proper execution of projects.

•Reviewing contractual documents for subcontractors and suppliers.
•Supervising the implementation of planning techniques to plan, monitor, and control various construction activities of residential areas, infra structure, food courts, landscape, swimming pools, water treatment plants, etc.
•Reviewing and communicating to the project staff the construction budget and ensuring that all expenses are within and in conformity with budget allocation.
•Developing the company’s organization structure as it was newly founded company with paid capital L.E. 100M, including setting the objectives and job description for various organization levels and departments in addition to selection of human resources.
•Setting-up work flow diagrams between depts., documenting each department work procedures according to ISO standards.
