•Developing the company’s organization structure as it was newly founded company with paid capital L.E. 100M, including setting the objectives and job description for various organization levels and departments in addition to selection of human resources.
•Setting-up work flow diagrams between depts., documenting each department work procedures according to ISO standards.
•Participating in developing the feasibility study including marketing, technical, and financial studies for Masriyah Plaza project, a L.E. 120M B.O.T. entertainment project located in Zagazig City, Egypt, which contains a private social/sporting club, commercial mall, cinemas, multi-purpose hall, hotel, gardens, and amusement park.
•Applying effective planning techniques to plan, monitor, and control various construction activities of Masriyha Plaza Project including site mobilization, site layout planning, infra structures, food courts, landscape, swimming pools, sporting/social club, electromechanical works, etc.
•Preparing and following up construction budgets and cash flow including establishing project control cost coded budget identifying work elements and achieving project controls for performance measurement (progress and work status reporting / expended labor hours and productivity). Also, the task included ensuring the proper allocation of various budget and cost elements to correct cost codes
•Representing the Companys interests with relevant external parties that included the government, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project major target customers.
•Supervising company’s information systems with interrelated databases for marketing, customers, club memberships, contractors/suppliers, expenses, and income.
