•Claim administration for FE as the Claimant against ABB-SUSA/Dillingham J.V. as the Defendant settled by an International Arbitral Tribunal through the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration CRCICA; Arbitration Case No. 63/95. FE’s claims valued more than L.E. 5 millions. My tasks included participating in the preparation of the “Statement of Claim”, preparing of various Claimant’s submissions to the tribunal supporting the claims, preparing “Responds to the Defendant’s Submissions”, and submitting expert opinions and reports at the request of Arbitral Tribunal.
