•Supervising the implementation of planning techniques to plan, monitor, and control various construction projects such as a resort in Ras Sedr, residential buildings in Cairo, and a medical factory in Qwaisna.
•Developing of construction method, construction schedules, the project team organization charts, procurement schedules, the labor manning schedules, and the list of equipment required for the proper execution of projects.
•Designing and implementation of a database system to monitor, control, and issue bills for subcontractors, and suppliers; developing cash flow; and cost control system.
•Design and implementation of a database system for documentation according to the ISO requirements.
