Executive Unit of the Construction Industry Development Project [CiDP], a development project of the World Bank in the National Company for Construction and Development [NCCD], loan 2640 EGT. My mission was to support training programs for improving the managerial skills for both Middle Management and Site Engineers. This support included:
-Preparing and revising the training materials submitted by the training organizations; Continuous Education Center – Ain-Shams University, and the Construction Management Institute (CMI) – Arab Contractors Co.
-Preparing solved examples, case studies, exercises, and exams.
-Supervising the process of trainees selection using IQ & Psychological Tests carried out by Cairo University.
-Designing and supervising the application of training evaluation systems for both trainees and trainers.
-Supervising the trainees’ graduation projects that covered applying management techniques to various construction projects.
-Supervising and carrying out remedial training for approximately 1500 trainees (middle management and site engineers).
-Carrying out On-Job-Training for trainees.
