Assign to overview the project Construction Program. Provided Management with detailed review and analysis of contractors project controls system and project completion schedule exposing inconsistencies and the impossible schedule completion dates.

Provide technical advice to contractor’s Planning Engineer’s concerning project schedule. Due to staff shortage, in addition to my position as a Planning Engineer, I was assigned as an inspector for the tile installation, waterproofing, joinery, and landscaping works for Palm Beach Resort Project.

Jarf Builders Planner

Assigned as a Planning Engineer of various medium size projects located in various location nationwide. Update and report progress against the agreed program on a regular basis to the operations management. Where necessary propose remedial action that can resolve time related problems. Attend project periodical meetings and attend to technical and administrative correspondences with the consultants and sub-contractors.

Al Sharif Construction Group Planner

Developed detailed project schedule for the design and construction of 2 Boy Schools consisting 32 classrooms each for the Royal Commission (RC). Advise the RC on matters relating to Cost, Planning, Scheduling, Engineering and Construction. Lead design group in detailed design and shop drawings preparation, and interface with RC Engineering for the approval of such drawings.
