Here's a place to discuss some Primavera Enterprise questions
I need to have an excel spreadsheet that lists all activities original duraion as well as lags.
I've tried numerous was of P6 exporting to excel, filtering/formatting within P6 to copy and paste in excel, but am unable to find a way to get both the original durations and lags on one spreadsheet.
Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

I'm using P6 R8.2 Client-Server Based Version. I got a problem when I tried to use EPPM web based as shown in the picture below. This never happen before I updated version of internet browser and Java Application which I can't remember that what I used.
Anyone had faced this problem before? How to solve it?

I would like to update not add to an MPX file that is already been imported into P6. The drop-down menu doesn't give me the opportunity to update the existing file. Is there a way to update the project without replacing it.

I haven't been able to find other posts about this, since I don't know how to call it what I am searching for..
The thing is this:
In my Primavera P6 I have different workorders. In Excel I have a nice list of 120 workorders that I want to change.
Now, I want to export exactly those workorders. Is there a way to copy and past that list in the filter of Primavera?
The only way I know how to get them is to filter one by one every workorder number.
Should be an easier way right?
I have 3 projects and all have different Activity Codes for Systems. I would like to use one common code to be able to group and sort on a layout with all 3 plans. Can I create a set of codes in one of the projects and then move this to a global level to use with the other 2 project schedules.
This should have been set up at the beginning but I got into this late.
In print Preview on the 11X17 layout, I can see the data but no bars. Am I missing something? I have made a few adjustments but have not found the fix to have the bars show. This is fresh out of the box P6. Only started working with this version on a stand-alone.
Looks like I found the problem and it is printing now with the Gantt chart

I am currently in the role of project controls. I receive from our contractors a weekly update in the form of a file to upload into P6. Once I have imported or uploaded the project plan I will ensure the milestones are connected and then produce a complete start to finish integrated plan. Included is a commissioning schedule.

As part of me rolling P6 out across the business I am creating web access logins for users to simply be able to view data but modify nothing. I have succesfully acheived this but there are two functions they can still perform which I cant seem to disable in either the global or project security profiles. These two functions are
1 - Publish Projects
2 - Delete Published Data

I am facing an issue after scheduling (F9) in Primavera.
I am working on a Housing project ( Planning Phase) and i am applying milestones between activities.
When i schedule the project on current data date to give me a updated view of my schedule, all dates appear in my activites is same as data date.
Please help me out in this issue.

Hello,
I recently created a schedule and have it sorted by start date. I had to add a new activity with same start date and time as my first 2 activities and when I created the new activity it sorted it 3rd in sequence. I'd prefer to see this new activity 1st in the sequence but no matter what I do to the Activity ID or relationships to Start Milestones the newly created activity will only show 3rd in the sequence.
How can I make it so the new activity shows 1st in sequence order?
