OK, so hyperhetical question....let say someone has 'mis-placed' the original P6 schedule....Is there any way of converting a Reflection schedule in to a 'master' schedule without merging it back to its original?

I've been asked to give a presentation of the SPI & CPI trend of a project based on the last 12 months update. Is there a way that I can assign each update's baseline and get the CPI & SPI? Not sure how to do that if we haven't captured each month in the reports.

Do you have an insight into how I can transfer a specific set of Activity codes from one dsatabase to another?
I have a set of 10 Activity Codes that each have between 10 and 18 attributes and I really do not want to create a set of Activities and have to assign all the codes so as to capture them and then export as an xer and import to the new db.
Any ideas?

Hi,
Earlier I used Asta Powerproject to make "takt plans". Powerproject enabled me to split the gantt bar and connect the start the succeeding activity after gantt split. I have not been able to figure out how to do this n OPC. Is anyone familiar with how to do this?

Hi All,
I am having trouble with the import to update an existing schedule. I have set the Update criteria for Activities to:
Update Existing and Selected the checkbox to Delete (if not in new schedule).
But the Delete isn't deleting.
V23.12, EPPM runing client version of same on laptop.
Very confused as to why this isn't working.

we're looking to make use of Cost Accounts within our projects, and I have a small question to ask of the experts.
If we have two resource IDs on an activity, both with the same cost account allocated - is there a way for the activity to be grouped with other activities with the same?
Currently I get as far as the below screenshot, and it keeps them separate.
Any ideas much appreciated

Consulting for 2 different companies, both use P6 cloud. If I login on a machine to one, I cannot ever login to the 2nd on that machine but can on a different machine. Crazy, plus their support is impossible to ask - need too much info to even ask, so I am asking you.

I just need some clarification,...............Do WBS Summary Activities drive other Activities if used as Predecessor?
I think not but would appreciate confirmation.
